At their height, the Gastrodome group had 12 La Bodega outlets, a spa, a cafe and numerous other ventures, and they were all doing well. Fast forward a few years and the the La Bodega outlets have been shrunk to 3. In a frank interview, Edward explains why there has been such a drastic change to the organisation, and what the group intends to build from a now seemingly solid foundation.
