This was under the meeting of a delegation from the King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz International Centre for Interreligious and Intercultural Dialogue. Rabbi David Rosen, one of nine members of the board of governors of KAICIID, said that the meeting was a sign of the changes going on in the Saudi kingdom. He spoke with reporter Arieh O'Sullivan on the unprecedented encounter.

After world concerts, symphonic poem "Genesis" to be performed in Israel

The 41st Jerusalem Film Festival gets underway on July 18th with the traditional special opening ceremony under the stars at Jerusalem’s Sultan’s Pool before some 6,000 spectators with the screening of the film “Thelma.”

41st Jerusalem Film Fest opening July 18th

A special Purim seuda, holiday meal, was held this week at Sheba medical center in Tel HaShomer for some 200 IDF injured soldiers. The event, which included a megillah reading, entertainment and more, was organized by Olamit Wolf, a Tel Aviv-based holistic therapist who has been involved in providing food to soldiers since the beginning of the war. She was involved in organizing similar events over the holiday at Ichilov hospital in Tel Aviv and the Beit Leowenstein Rehabilitation Center. Wolf spoke to KAN's Naomi Segal about initiative.
