This week we saw the UN climate conference taking place in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt. On the sidelines of this global gathering are NGOs and organizations who are seeking to change the world and make it more sustainable, health and nutritional. One of these organizations is The Natural Step Israel TNS, an organization about transforming the society into a sustainable one. Dr. Michal Biterman, ceo and co-founder of The Natural Step Israel said that food waste plays a major part in climate change and they want to put it on the agenda.
