Living in Israel can be trying and anxious at times, particularly during security tensions and terrorist attacks. The Ministry of Immigration and Absorption together with the NGO Eran has opened a hotline for immigrants. The slogan is: If you are feeling overwhelmed, lonely or lost, you are not alone. Come talk with us in your own language. Trained volunteers are there to help in English, French, Spanish, Amharic, Russian and Hebrew. Reporter Arieh O’Sullivan spoke with Dr. Shiri Daniels, the national director of counselling for Eran. To reach the hotline dial *3201 (photo: courtesy)
