The final round in the "Biotech - Next Generation" competition took place this week. An initiative of Unistream, in collaboration with Teva pharmaceuticals and Access Israel, the project brought together some 150 Israeli youth of all backgrounds and abilities from around the country, to work together with professional mentors to develop their own start-up ventures on specific challenges. In the current cohort, six groups developed ventures in the spheres of pharma and accessibility. Ifat Bechor, CEO of Unistream, spoke to KAN reporter Naomi Segal about the project.
