Dealing with Israelis, who can generally be informal, straight talking and passionate, can sometimes be very challenging. But there’s a book that can help. It’s called Israeli Business Culture and it’s written by Osnat Lautman. The first edition was a best seller on Amazon, but now she’s come out with an expanded 2nd edition that incorporates a lot of the feed back and anecdotal stories that drive home some of the mechanisms and advice helpful for anyone wishing to do successful business with Israelis. Author Osnat Lautman spoke with reporter Arieh O’Sullivan about her book. (Photo by Arieh O'Sullivan)
