For many, one of the hardest things to do is to make time for ourselves to do what we desire. In this Empowered Conversation I am joined by Pamela Zimmer, a bestselling author who is also known as “Self-Care Concierge” who teaches women how to have peace and balance in their lives through a consistent practice of self-care- which is more than just a monthly massage or mani/pedi. 


In our conversation we talk about what is self-care and why it needs to be an essential part of our life- especially for women given we find it a lot hard to put our needs first.  We also explore boundaries in the context of self-care and the key to starting a self-care routine.
