In her early forties, and mother to two toddlers under two, Tristan felt she was at a crossroad – torn between society’s expectations of flawlessness, and the life philosophy she so believed in – health, fitness, and wholeness. Driven by a life purpose to facilitate wholeness and confidence in women she founded Rubifresh.
