Rachel Smith is an intuitive and creative occupational therapist. Through her journey practising as a therapist, she discovered the need to unpack and reinvent aspects of herself. She is a yogi, mediator and journaller; who loves to channel in her inner owl (wisdom).

Rachel often thinks about the structures and family systems that shape people and how this informs life itself. She is a deep thinker, reflector and loyalist at heart. Through her empowerment journey, she has come to see beauty in her emotional sensitivity & attunement. Rachel sees her purpose and identity in ‘being’ out in the world every day. 

It was on Rachel’s journey to understand more about herself and to find love again, she realised that her life story is all about learning to love herself. In our Empowered Conversation, Rachel shares openly about  her path to re-discovering her feeling self which required learning to sit with change and discomfort.
