Texas recruits big businesses by rivaling Delaware's business courts

View descriptionShare

Time now for our daily Tech and Business Report. Today, KCBS Radio's Holly Quan was joined by Bloomberg's Madlin Mekelburg.

That means that future legal disputes would go to court there, instead of Delaware. And this comes as Texas has been working on creating its own business court system.
