Kevin Eastman, co-creator of "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles," shares how he came to live and team up with Peter Laird at 28 Union St. in Dover. The home became known as Mirage Studios and is where the duo produced the first comic, which was launched at Portsmouth Mini-Con May 5, 1984 at the Howard Johnson Motor Lodge.
