These days, it takes little more than a good WiFi connection to be able to call oneself an "expert" in just about anything. With the deluge of social media platforms and performers, it's hard to figure out and filter through the good, the bad, and the ugly...

The world of healthy choices in food, exercise, and supplements is not immune to this phenomenon of online 'experts'...so it is important to do your homework when it comes to figuring out who is genuinely backing their information with good hard science and who is just looking for 'likes' to pad their wallets. 

So, on this episode of Eat This with Lianne, we have invited a relatively NEW influencer in the health field to tell his story and help us all understand why he's doing it and how he went about building his own online presence.
