We’re easing into the year the only way we know how - with big intentions, low expectations, and a very honest look at all the goals we absolutely did not achieve last year. Kee and Kelly take a hilarious trip down memory lane to revisit their 2025 goals that never stood a chance… with a few wins in there too.

Now it’s on to 2026 - and this year, we’re doing it differently: goals that actually fit real life, a little more structure, and a lot less pressure. Think small habits, monthly check-ins, and a couple of big scary goals we’re saying out loud so we can’t chicken out.
