The mission of Ladies of Charity Knoxville is to provide emergency assistance to those in need. They operate a thrift store and food pantry at120 W. Baxter Avenue in Knoxville. The thrift store will celebrate "Christmas in July" by selling holiday décor, clothing, and other items from June 27 to July 11. The thrift store is open Mondays through Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The annual Ladies of Charity Fashion Show will be held on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. at St. Gregory's Auditorium on the campus of Knoxville Catholic High School, 9245 Fox Lonas Road in Knoxville. Admission is a suggested $10 donation to the Great Smoky Mountains Heritage Center, which houses a celebrated museum, a village of 18 authentic, historic homes and structures, indigenous peoples exhibits, and educational programs for children and adults. InterFaith Health Center provides accessible, affordable, and quality health care to the working uninsured or underserved, primarily through the support of individuals, the religious, health care, and business communities. In November 2005, following a successful capital campaign, InterFaith Health Center moved its medical, dental, and mental health services into one location on Middlebrook Pike, allowing them to serve more patients. 

The Center places a strong emphasis on preventative care and is able to offer an array of services on site such as dermatology, minor surgery, injections, bracing, biopsies, wound care, breathing treatments, physical therapy, laboratory testing, x-rays, diagnosis and treatment for both acute and chronic conditions.

Onsite monthly volunteers are specialists in podiatry, rheumatology, dermatology, gynecology, immunology, family practice, orthopedics, physical therapy, cardiology, endocrinology, dietician, physician assistant, endodontics, and family dentistry.
