[English] Almost 30 years after the signing of the Oslo Accords, the occupation of Palestine and Israeli apartheid continue. During this time, billions of dollars have been poured into ‘development aid’. One question remains: what has all this money been used for?

We spoke to Mudar Kassis, philosopher, professor in the Philosophy and Cultural Studies department at Birzeit University and director of the Dignity Initiative at the same university, about the history of the idea of self-determination of peoples and the ‘development aid’ industry in Palestine.
