Free agency marches on and the Eagles are adding pieces for the defense. The team agreed to terms on Tuesday with LB Nicholas Morrow, a 17-game starter in Chicago last season, as well as S Justin Evans, who rebounded from some serious injury challenges to return to the NFL last year with New Orleans.
