Helen Farmer wants you to take care of yourself from your teeth to your feet. First up she is speaking with Dr Neil Mitchell from Dentist Direct to mark World Oral Health Day. 

Dr Neil is Medical Director at Dentist Direct. He graduated from Newcastle Dental School in 1995. In the UK Dr Neil worked in a wide variety of NHS and private settings, in both hospitals and clinics before moving to Dubai six years ago. Dr Neil believes in patient centred approach; he may know the dentistry, but you know what is right for your mouth.

Following that Helen talks to Michelle Champlin, Chief Podiatrist at Dubai Podiatry discussing foot health. She gives us her expertise on smelly feet, bunions, pedicures, toe walking, fungal problems, cracked heels and high heeled shoes!
