Occupational therapists are considered underutilized in the post-diagnostic care of people living with dementia and Christina explains the important role an occupational therapist can play. OTs apply an individualized, strength-based approach in the home, which helps enable the person living with dementia to flourish in their environment.

Search for all OTs in your local area and using the filters, determine those with dementia as a special interest.
Write a list of these and use it for future referrals.
