Jacobo is a proven strategic thinker and creative change agent, with the ability to drive agile continuous improvement across end to end supply chain by using Lean/Six Sigma Techniques, he is passionate about developing long term talent and mentoring individuals to create high performance teams.

Jacobo brings more than 30 years of experience in End-to-End Supply Chain and Sales Operations with Industry leader companies in several business models, including CPG;s (Procter and Gamble, The Clorox Company)Flavors and Fragrances(Givaudan Flavors), Food (The Live Kindly Collective) both Domestic, and International Operations.

Jacobo most recently lead the End-to-End Supply Chan Organization of a startup of a plant-based food company (The LIVEKINDLY Collective). His leadership and strategic mind set helped the company to achieve National distribution with key retailers and distributors and deliver $20MM in sales during the second year of the company in the market.

Today Jacobo is the Chief Operating Officer at TruRoots. A Private Equity backed Food and Beverage company where he is leading a cultural transformation aiming to drive agility and flexibility across the organization so they can react to the fast changing environment and be able to drive expected growth goals.

Jacobo earned his Industrial Engineering Degree from the Universidad Anahuac in Mexico City, and an MBA from the Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico in Mexico City. Jacobo moved with his wife and 3 kids from Mexico to the United States in 2008 and currently he lives in Atlanta, Georgia.
