As Vice President of Human Resources directly responsible for over 700 people, he’s successfully implemented Succession Planning, established Training & Development, regionalized supply chain operations and integrated operations while maintaining service & quality levels with customers.

Previously as the Vice President of Operations, Dave was had multi plant responsibility overseeing Business Support, Commercialization, Order fulfillment, Purchasing, Planning, Process development, Logistics, Warehousing, Engineering, and local site management.  Under his leadership and guidance he generated Multi- million dollars in revenue with a significant Operations & Procurement budget. Dave also developed the corporate strategy leading to double digit growth for 3 consecutive years.
