Tracy has had an interesting pathway to the uncrewed industry, beginning in crewed aviation with over 7000 flight hours. Tracy is also an ISO Certified Aviation Safety & Compliance Lead auditor and has conducted over 100 Audits on UAS operations around the world.

Building upon her experience as an industry leader, Tracy is the founder and CEO of Quantum AI - a soon-to-be launched company leading the implementation of artificial intelligence in the uncrewed sector. Since 2017, Valqari has been providing the missing piece in the drone delivery process. Their Drone Delivery Station provides a safe and secure landing area, removing the need for any sender or receiver to actually touch a drone.

Red Dirt Robotics aims to provide STEM opportunities across rural and remote areas of Australia, focusing initially on the Northern Territory and Western Australia. 

Jameson is passionate about providing these opportunities to all student across Australia, regardless of location, to ensure everyone has the same opportunities. At only 18 years of age, Jameson identified this shortfall, bought a car and some robots, and started teaching across these schools.
