Doug opens by discussing Project 2025, and the decline of formalism (which opened the door to a broad interpretation of the United States Constitution) during the first segment.  Then, Doug answers the question: "Can the ATF regulate ghost guns?"  He also discusses the Pennsylvania ban of guns to 18-20 year-olds and the Supreme Court's stance on the issue, and whether or not the court was right regarding the EPA's regulatory stance on emissions for private industry.  Then, Mr. Constitution wraps up the show discussing the alleged attempted assassination by Vem Miller of President Trump in Coachella, California and Doug made comment about the press conference regarding the situation by Sheriff Chad Bianco.  Was it yet another Deep State operation?
