Cutting Federal Spending, being a Constitutional Republic, and the Rise of Trump - The $9 Billion spending bill codifies some of Trump's spending cuts, but was it constitutionally necessary? What about President Trump's Presidential Power of Impoundment? He is, after all, not only our duly elected President, but Separation of Powers does not allow Congress and the Courts to micromanage the President. Not that we are supposed to be a democracy, but through the last election and the very important Electoral College, he was voted in as President... again. We must not listen to the anti-Trump media and voices - the rise of Trump was upsetting to them as it was, but their attacks have never ceased.
