Welcome to Do Your Things first Radiothon special for 2024. Radiothon is 3MDR’s annual membership/subscriber and donation drive running from 16th September to 13th October. The theme this year is “But Wait, There’s More!”.

We are excited to be celebrating our community with you but we do need your help and would be forever grateful if you could assist by becoming a subscriber to 3MDR. Your support will power the local radio and creative content you love. Our 4-week campaign will highlight the many different ways that community radio supports local artists, businesses, and community groups. On this late September spring evening, the last of the winter snow melts away in the mountains to the north east and makes its way down to the vast watersheds below, replenishing the rivers and all the life that they support. During this annual process, we find ourselves exploring the interplay between sense of place, connection to nature, and music, through a collection of gentle musical meditations from Australia’s eastern landscape.
