Taken from video provided by a bystander who was in the Mount Carmel St. Ann's emergency department, the fatal police shooting that took place there can be heard. A man with warrants out for his arrest died in the shooting that involved Columbus, hospital and possibly Westerville police officers. The circumstances of the shooting are still being established.
