Jurassic World Dominion certainly relied on it very large stars and its man eating dinosaurs to sell tickets, but not even the biggest Titanosaur comes close to measuring up to something else from the film, and that's its budget. According to Forbes, it was revealed in newly published UK tax files that Jurassic World Dominions claimed the notorious title of the most expensive movie ever five hundred and eighty four million dollars and seventy two million more than the previous record holder, which was Star Wars That Force Awakens. While the Dinosaur Romper would have run a pretty penny regardless of circumstances, the main reason its cost became so inflated is due to the pandemic production occurred at its height, forcing the massive crew and the cast a quarantine for five months to finish the product. Despite the film's massive cost, it was money well spent. Jurassic World Dominion ended up breaking in more than a billion at the box office.
That's direct from Hollywood.
