In this episode, Dinesh discusses the fall of Europe which he sadly terms “Europe R.I.P.”  One of America’s great mathematicians, Terrence Tao, bemoans his department’s lack of federal funding, but Dinesh argues that Tao and others brought this on themselves.  Dinesh reviews his exchange with a black woman who, strangely enough, accuses him of being too hard on the racist Southern Democrats of the nineteenth century.
