There’s no stopping Sia when nature calls. People says singer was recently on an interview with Nova FM's "Ash, Kip & Luttsy with Susie O'Neill" in Queensland when she had to go to the bathroom…so she went. Sia didn’t have her camera on during the interview, and at one point the audience could hear her flush her toilet.
When co-host David 'Luttsy' Lutteral called her on it, she fessed up, “Yeah, you heard me and I flushed too. I have no shame." The admission led to lots of laughs, and when co-host Ash Bradnam asked her if she “really just went to the toilet while you're doing an interview with us?" Sia admitted, "I did. But guess what? Stars are just like us."
Cuba Gooding Jr. is being sued with a new assault allegation. A woman has filed suit alleging he rape her in 2013. The woman, who has chosen to remain anonymous, says the incident happened at The Mercer Hotel in New York City.
According to the lawsuit, after meeting at a VIP lounge, Cuba invited her for drinks back at the hotel, and instead of going to the bar, told her to come to his room with him so he could change. She says the scene started off okay, but when she tried to leave, she claims Gooding blocked her and the assault began.
We won't go into the details - they're pretty awful (you can read them at TMZ) - but the woman says she was assaulted several times, in various ways - and that she escaped only after he fell asleep. Not surprisingly, Cuba's attorney, Mark Heller is denying everything. "Clearly, this is a fabricated accusation that was never reported to the police," he says in a statement. "And forms no basis for any claim at this point with seven years having passed."
As we've reported previously, there are at least 22 women who have accused the actor of sexual misconduct. He has maintained his innocence.
Kevin Hart is speaking out about his decision to publicly defend his friends Ellen DeGeneres and Nick Cannon as they deal with separate scandals. In a new interview with “Deadline,” the comedian doubles down on his defense, as well as his distaste for cancel culture.
Hart’s dealt with his own dose of cancel culture, stepping down from hosting the Oscars in 2018 after old homophobic tweets resurfaced, so he knows how “dark” and “lonely” it can get. Hart’s take is that despite the accusations against his friends, he knows what kind of people they really are… but he also wonders “what happened to the days of making and learning from a mistake.”
"I don’t lose sight of the definition of friendship, and in our business, it’s one thing that people don’t really hold on to," he adds. "There’s a lot of relationships that are fake, and there’s some that are real. In my case, the ones that are real are the ones that I’m always going to be adamant about speaking on behalf of."
The National Enquirer claims Brad Pitt allegedly has a booty call phone. A source tells the magazine, “It’s a closely guarded number he only shares with a secret string of lucky ladies. One phone is for work, another for friends, and his “booty call” one is for his “late-night hookups. Pitt laughs at all the gossip because if people “actually knew the extent of his hookup, they’d be stunned. He uses the hotline when he wants to. But he’s not one to brag about it.’’

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have been living a mostly quiet life since making their big move to the United States. But as they put roots down, a source tells “Us Weekly” that Harry’s “determined” to make it in Hollywood.
Harry’s apparently hard at work on making documentaries connected to causes he’s passionate about, but not just behind the scenes. The source says Harry’s planning on appearing in front of the camera, too, although “more as a spokesperson than anything else.” And it looks like he’s already getting things done, “Variety” reporting that he and Meghan are pitching a top-secret project around Hollywood.
But there’s a reason the couple went from living in Beverly Hills to Santa Barbara’s uber-exclusive Montecito. Another source tells “Us Weekly” that Harry wasn’t digging being in the middle of the action – in fact, he “absolutely hated” Los Angeles.
As we've been telling you, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have been working on their marriage and while their recent family trip to the Dominican Republic appeared to show unity, now they're sort of not. You see, Kim has returned to Los Angeles with their four kids...and Kanye is back in Wyoming.
What gives? "Kim still seems focused on making her marriage work," a source tells People. "She is pretty quiet about her exact plans for the future, but for now, she seems okay with Kanye living in Wyoming."
One thing not in question - at least for Kanye? For those thinking his presidential run is a joke - think again. He's completely serious and friends say it's "a decision that no one can change his mind about."
As Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli prepare for their sentencing on Friday, prosecutors are calling attention to how the couple allegedly roped their daughters in on the college admissions scandal.
In a memo to the judge sent on Monday, prosecutors claim the couple “involved both their daughters in the fraud” not only with the staged rowing photos, but also by “instructing” Olivia Jade on hiding the scheme from her high school counselor… who the couple apparently didn’t have such nice words for, like “nosey” and “weasel.”
Prosecutors claim that Loughlin and Mossimo wanted to keep the counselor off their trail, so they told Olivia Jade to play coy with him. For example, they were worried that Olivia Jade putting USC as her top school choice would be a “flag for the weasel to meddle.” You can see more at Us Weekly
Tracy Morgan and his wife, Megan, are in the midst of an increasingly complicated divorce. While they're currently at odds over their seven-year-old daughter Maven, Tracy has now made it clear he no longer wants Megan using his last name.
In his divorce documents seen at TMZ, the comic wants Megan to be required to stop using his last name and agree to change it back to her maiden name of Wollover. Here's what's weird - Tracy's first wife, Sabine, is still using the last name 'Morgan' even though they split in 2009.
One thing they won't argue about? Money. The pair signed a prenup, and she'll get alimony as well as child support.

Thanks to the latest episode of “Real Housewives of New York,” “American Idol” alum Constantine Maroulis (He was sixth place in 2005) started trending – and his phone started "blowing up." After being linked to three of the show’s stars, he’s confirmed the hookups in a new interview…. and he’s also spilled the details.
It’s no secret that Maroulis dated Tinsley Mortimer, but in a new interview on the “Behind the Velvet Rope with Dave Yontef” podcast, Constantine says he also had moments with Ramona Singer and Luann de Lesseps. He has plenty of nice things to say about Ramona, who he says he goes further back with than the other “Housewives.”
“We've had some drinks together and she's got a great body and she's got a great personality and she's got a great apartment,” he says. "She's like really a New York soul and she's very youthful too. She's a lot of fun.”
When it comes to Luann, Maroulis says they shared a kiss, but would mostly just hang out as friends. And when it comes to his relationship with Tinsley, Maroulis insists it wasn’t “BS for her TV show” like fans thought at the time – he got to know her family “very well” and “genuinely” cares for Tinsley… but he just didn’t like the “boyfriend” label she tried to slap on him.
Britney Spears has made it clear she doesn’t want her father controlling her anymore. In new court documents from TMZ, Britney’s court-appointed lawyer insists she's "strongly opposed" to Jamie Spears “return as conservator of her person.”
Since last Fall, Britney’s conservatorship has been temporarily controlled by Jodi Montgomery, and in the docs Britney’s lawyer says she “strongly prefers” to keep Jodi in that position permanently.
Britney’s dad has been controlling her business affairs by himself since 2019, and the singer’s lawyer says she no longer wants him to be the only one in charge. She instead is asking for a “qualified corporate fiduciary” to be in charge of her estate.
And don’t expect to see Britney return to performing anytime soon. The court docs say she has no interest in performing at this time. A hearing on her conservatorship is set for today.
Mariah Carey is being blasted online for what seems like a pretty innocent picture that she shared on Instagram.
The picture is of Mariah and “Stranger Things” star Millie Bobby Brown during a “surprise visit,” and while some folks couldn’t believe these two are actually friends, others couldn’t help but point out that neither were wearing masks or practicing social distancing.
Mariah captioned the shot, “A surprise visit by Enola Holmes a.k.a. princess Millie! --," to which Millie replied, "love you so much --," but trolls weren’t feeling the love.
"Put a mask on Mariah!" one person demanded, while another added "That's not physical distancing” and another questioned, "Where is your mask Mariah. Irresponsible.”
We’ve been keeping you up to date on the controversy over the allegedly “toxic” workplace environment on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.” As the workplace misconduct investigation into the daytime talk show wraps up, Ellen is setting the record straight to her staff about one rumor in particular.
One of the common threads between “Ellen” staffers and guests’ stories is that there’s a “no eye contact” rule on set – meaning, guests aren’t supposed to talk to or even look at the host unless they’re on the air. But during a Zoom call with her staff on Monday, sources tell “Page Six” that she shot down the “crazy” rule, saying it’s “just not true.”
Speaking to more than 200 of her employees, Ellen insisted that she doesn’t know where the rumor started. “Please talk to me. Look me in the eye,” she reportedly said. “It’s crazy, just not true. I don’t know how it started, it’s not who I am.”
