Family orientated and with 3 grown kids and 9 and counting Grandkids, we are looking forward to making sure the Plough Inn regains its place in the heart of the Tarrawingee community as a great family friendly pub.

HURDLE CREEK STILL

A hidden gem tucked away in the King Valley the Hurdle Creek Still begun operation in March 2016.  

All products are made and bottled onsite in The StillHouse. The base spirit is made from locally sourced grain using a traditional infusion mashing system and twice distilled though our extended copper & glass column still, which gives the gin a unique smooth grain character - The Process. The juniper and a select blend of local and native botanicals - some of which are grown in the garden – are vapour infused into the spirit ensuing light, subtle flavours throughout our gins. 

This place is a must visit when in the North East of Victoria.

Hear the passion ooze from Nathan the owner of King River Brewing as he shares an insight about how his award winning beers came to life. 

King River Brewing is award winning and proudly independent as a family-owned business. Created by husband and wife team, Nathan and Brianna Munt in 2016. Fast forward to today where our beers have received multiple national awards. Our King Valley taproom offers 12 rotating beer taps, mouth-watering chefs menu and hand rolled woodfired pizzas. Grab some cans online or come and visit our historic taproom & restaurant for the ultimate KRB experience.
