Ian Jacobs traveled to Koh Tao for a diving vacation, but his trip ended in tragedy when his body was discovered in a well on the island. Despite the investigation into his death, his friends from the UK remain unsatisfied with the official story and embark on their own journey to uncover the truth. Around the same time,  Mr. Ban, a well-known local businessman some people called “King of Koh Tao," is gunned down in broad daylight.
