Dating has changed—but has the Church changed with it? In a culture shaped by dating apps, social media, shifting gender expectations, hookup culture, delayed marriage, and an increasing distrust between men and women, Christian singles are navigating a dating landscape unlike any generation before them. "State of Dating" is a candid panel discussion hosted at Christian Cultural Center that brings together diverse voices for an unfiltered conversation about what it means to date, build relationships, and pursue marriage while maintaining Christian values in today's culture.
The panel explores some of the questions many singles are already asking: Why does dating feel so difficult? Are our standards helping us or hurting us? Where are the marriage-minded men and women? Has the Church adequately prepared singles for healthy relationships? And how do faith, attraction, purpose, finances, sex, gender roles, healing, and expectations intersect when choosing a spouse? Rather than offering clichés or telling singles simply to "wait on God," this conversation will address the real tensions facing Christian singles and create space for honest dialogue between men and women. It's time for the Church to talk about dating the way people are actually experiencing it. Welcome to "The State of Dating".
