Christopher Swanger called 9-1-1 in 2014 to tell a dispatcher that he had choked his wife Dana Hales to death in their Daytona Beach apartment, a report said. Swanger came to the door with his hands in the air and told officers “You got me,” the report said. Swanger received 26 years in jail.
