With pastoral heart and insight, Pastor Colin Smith helps us find the right altitude to take in the big-picture landscape of God’s story with his book Fly Through the Bible: A Brief Introduction.

Colin is senior pastor of The Orchard, a vibrant, multi-campus church in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago. More widely, Colin is the teacher on the daily radio program, “Unlocking the Bible.” With a weekly audience of more than 250,000, the program is now heard on over 200 stations throughout the United States. Colin was born and raised in Edinburgh, Scotland. He met his wife Karen at while studying at London Bible College and later ministered at the Enfield Evangelical Free Church in north London. The Smiths now live in the Chicago area and have two sons and five granddaughters.
