3 men have been arrested for taking part in an odometer fraud ring here in Utah.. According to Unified Police Department: During the course of the investigation, it was discovered the males were using fake identities to purchase used Subaru Outbacks with high mileage, disconnecting the odometers and then selling the vehicles for a profit while representing them as having much less mileage.
