The Collin Raye concert that's drummed up a world of controversy is heading to the courtroom. A judge is calling both sides to court tomorrow, signing off last night at 7 pm on a temporary restraining order on what's shaping up to be the nation's craziest concert controversy. Eric Moutsos stands by the concert and says the show will still go on despite the public health order. 

We're talking to the organizer, and one of the Tooele County Commissioners about what's going to happen in the desert of Tooele County on Saturday.
