Utah’s executive branch has 1,000 jobs that don’t require a college degree. So now, Governor Cox wants to get rid of that requirement as a whole. That means Bachelor's degrees are no longer necessary in the employee recruitment process. Are people prepared enough to work degree-less? Meghan Meredith, the Head of School at Utah Virtual Academy, joins the show to share her thoughts on this idea of removing the degree requirement.
