The Respect for Marriage Act is moving forward. It is legislation that would recognize any marriage between two people... opposite or same sex.Utah Senator Mike Lee has some concerns that if you're a religious institution... you may face consequences if you refuse to marry a same-sex couple in your place of worship.  As we approach the holidays, workers at the heart of the supply chain are threatening another strike. SMART Transportation Division -- An influential railroad worker union voted against a Biden-brokered labor deal Monday morning, raising the prospect of a strike before the holidays. This is prompting fresh supply chain and shipping concerns. If the two sides don't reach an agreement, the rail workers can strike after Dec. 9.  Boyd Matheson, Host of Inside Sources joins the show to discuss how congress can get involved and avert a rail strike.

 The Republican Party vastly underperformed expectations in this year’s midterm elections; both infighting and introspection have ensued as a result. Even with President Biden's low approval rating with inflation being persistantly high.
