Mark Morrison is Principal of Macleay Valley Vocational College in Kempsey on the Mid North Coast of NSW.  Mark is not your traditional school principal.  Not only does he manage educational outcomes at his school, he works with his amazing team to provide stability to his students. He works until late at night driving around to his students homes with a boot full of food to ensure they get to eat at night. He shares with us some of the challenges as we all navigate the current Covid 19 pandemic and how his students are managing.

The Dare 2 Care Podcast looks at different perspectives from different stakeholders in the workplace. From employers to current young employees from Gen Y and Gen Z, through to high school teachers. Tertiary educators will also be included along with VET stakeholders who are working to build skills for the future of work, along with parents of our current Gen Z’s.  The Dare 2 Care Podcast seeks to prepare our next generation for the future of work and gain some insight into their expectations of the future workplace. Each fortnight we will seek to build a picture of these different perspectives and share these out to the world.
