The Tampa Bay Lightning's three-game winning streak came to an end Friday night with a 6-3 loss to the Colorado Avalanche. On today's Daily Strike, Steve Versnick breaks down a difficult night in Denver that saw the Bolts playing from behind early and dealing with a potential injury concern involving captain Victor Hedman.

Colorado struck just 68 seconds into the game and never looked back, building a 3-0 lead before the Lightning mounted a response. Tampa Bay's power play stayed hot, scoring for the third consecutive game, but the Avalanche answered each challenge and eventually pulled away for the victory.

Hear postgame reaction from Head Coach Jon Cooper, Brayden Point, and Charle-Édouard D'Astous as they discuss what was missing from the Lightning's game and how they'll regroup quickly for the second half of their first back-to-back set of the season.

A major storyline heading into tonight's game in Utah is the status of Victor Hedman, who left Friday's game after playing just one shift in the second period. No update was available following the game.
