Lady Gaga tells Rolling Stone magazine that she has a strict routine she uses to wind down. "I'm in an ice bath for five to ten minutes, then a hot bath for 20 minutes. Finish that off with a compression suit packed with ice packs for 20 minutes."

Post Malone tells Billboard magazine that fatherhood has changed his life for the better. "My life has changed so much since I became a dad. You stop focusing so much on yourself and you instead focus on this little life that you helped make. It really puts all your little problems into perspective."
