It’s been nearly a year since schools initially closed during the first MCO last year in March. For months students and teachers have adapted to home-based learning, conducting classes online. They’ve also had to adjust to switching between online and in-person learning as schools closed and reopened several times last year. We’ve spoken a lot about how students have coped with online learning. But how have teachers been doing - especially now that they’ve had time to navigate teaching classes online? And particularly in rural areas? We speak with Lian, a teacher at a school in rural Perak, to find out about his experience teaching online.
