13 points. Those are the contents of a 13-point Memorandum, which 113 NGOs of small and medium enterprises have handed to the government to help businesses recover. This of course comes amid the second MCO. But despite a loosening of economic restrictions compared to the first MCO, many businesses feel that more needs to be done.
