Just like that sweater, now snug, uncomfortable, and no longer a match for who you are today, long-held beliefs can be difficult to shake but once you make the commitment to your growth, you’ll gain a new level of self-respect. One that you can carry as your superpower – the power to change your mind, especially when new information is presented.
