We are collectively grieving so much and some of us are also grieving on a personal level as well. Grief is not something that we do well in this country, which is why this week Dr. Dom and Terri are excited to welcome Marisa Renee Lee, award-winning and bestselling author of Grief is Love and her book Waiting for Dawn, to discuss the levels of grief and how to navigate a challenging world with loads of self-compassion and care.

Marisa shares how she has built a life around the grief that showed up in her late adolescence and has showed up in various ways despite building a high-achieving, ambitious life. She offers a grounded, authentic perspective about the levels and layers of grief and how learning how to live with it and give it space in your life can actually open up room for deeper love, deeper understanding, and a more connected relationship with life.
