Canada's Capital is pummeled again by Mother Nature, as another intense rainstorm deals another round of fear for concerned residents. While the rainfall wasn't as large as the July 1st totals, it came down in unrelenting waves. And so did the high winds, which knocked out trees and turned out the lights for thousands of residents. CTV's Katelyn Wilson starts us off tonight. Turning our attention to those who are still cleaning up after the Canada Day downpour, the hard work is still far from over.
