On March 21, 2001, around 10 pm, Carlos Terra received a phone call from his son, informing him that he had some assignments to do that night at the religious institution he regularly attended. What Carlos could not have imagined was that that would be the last time he would hear his son’s voice. Today's case will talk about the murder of Lucas Terra, which happened in 2001 and to this day, more than 20 years later, 2 of his 3 accused killers have not even been tried.
