Killer Patrick Quirke was celebrating a Supreme Court victory this week that could potentially see him re-tried for the murder of Mr Moonlight Bobby Ryan.

The Tipperary farmer who weaved a tangled web of sex, betrayal and murder was told that a warrant used to trawl searches on his computer was unlawful and that key evidence may have to be reviewed.
