At 10:30 a.m. that same morning, a Department of Natural Resources ranger spots Fowler walking along Pebblebrook Road in Meriwether County. After that sighting, there has been no trace of Fowler. Now police say a body had been found and the case of a once missing mom turns into a homicide investigation.

Federal prosecutors detail how Miller tracked her vehicle, deflated her tires using specialized tools, interfered with her daily finances, lied to law enforcement, and posted a nude photograph of her online without her consent. Currently walking free on bond under ankle-monitor surveillance while Solid Rock Church is emptied, Miller maintains his innocence despite mounting public outrage, erratic behavior, and reports of dating again shortly after Mica's death.
