Clancy attorney Kevin Reddington is asking the trial judge to question holdout juror Michael Desronvi and review his phone records. Desronvil was the only juror who publicly stated that he “didn’t have any doubts” about Clancy’s criminal responsibility for her three children's deaths. With no unanimous verdict, a mistrial was declared following seven days of deliberation.  He is currently in a secure location due to public backlash.  
Jurors and media reports confirm that Desronvil’s refusal to acquit Clancy by reason of insanity was based on his personal judgment of the evidence, not any illegal action.
