Erika Kirk, the widow of conservative activist Charlie Kirk speaks out on the decision sending accused killer Tyler Robinson before a jury. She say the  judge’s decision marks “an important step” for her grieving family. The judge also ruled prosecutors can seek the death penalty at trial.  23-year-old Robinson has pleaded not guilty.
